   BUYER REPRESENTATION:

• Negotiation and preparation of the Offer to Purchase and review all other supporting docs to protect your interests and concerns.
• Resolve issues that may arise during the pendency of your purchase and assist you if you are selling real estate or purchasing your new home.
• Explain the inspection process and assist you in understanding just what the Inspection Report says and what you typically can ask the Seller to do for you.
• Assist and explain to you the mortgage and appraisal process.
• Assist in the coordination of the closing and represent you at the closing, review all closing documents, and explain their meaning and significance to you.
• Answer questions you might have and resolve disputes that may arise at any time during the transaction process.

   SELLER REPRESENTATION:

• Review of any agreements between you and your real estate professional/agent if applicable.
• Review, negotiate and prepare the Offer to Purchase to ensure that your interest is protected.
• Rectify any issues that may arise during the pending of your sale.
• Coordinate the simultaneous closing of your sale and your purchase, if you intend to buy another property at the same time.
• Assist in resolving and clearing any issues that may be found in the examination of your property’s title.
• Orchestrate the closing and represent you at the closing, review all the closing documents, answer any questions you may have at the closing table, and resolve any disputes that may arise prior to, or at the closing.
